Your wall must be clear of dust and unsmooth surface. Your wall paint must be made with two coat of paint for 

the sticker to apply properly. If you decide to make a try and doesn’t apply properly and will request a exchange or refund we will not be able to proceed. Customer is taking is own risk to judge if the surface is smooth enough to apply the decal sticker

To recognize is a wall smooth please pass your trough the surface and if you feel some asperities not regular then the wall paint is not smooth and therefore the sticker will not stick.

We recommend that you verify the surface where you want to apply the decal before make the purchase. You can use a scotch tape to see if the scotch is holding well to it. This is a recommendation to be sure that the sticker will stick to the wall when our place your order. 


 
Article 3:

Contract Documents

This contract consists of the following contractual documents, presented in descending order: these terms, the order form. In case of conflict between the provisions contained in the documents of different ranks, the provisions of the document of higher row will prevail.
 
Article 4:

Entry into force – length

Order Confirmation

All order are not subject to refund in case the customer want to change the produce because the main reason in that the WALLARTO is producing accroding to demand. We do not accumulating stock. If you order a product we builded for you so understand that if you change your mind for what ever reason we will not be able to refund you.
 
Article 7:

Proof of the transaction

Delivery

 Force

No Waiver

The failure of either party not to claim a breach by the other party to any of the obligations under these Terms shall be construed in the future as a waiver of the requirement involved.
